Terms and Conditions

The AFN Steering Committee have the right to review the fees of membership on an annual basis and increase when necessary.

There will be no refund of the yearly fee if a member decides to terminate their membership before their renewal date.

Membership is dependent upon accreditation with the BAcC, ATCM, AAC or ETCMA, or other equivalent professional body as approved by the Steering Committee. The Steering Committee have the right to refuse or revoke membership if this condition is not met.

12 hours of continuous professional development in the field of fertility will need to be completed each year. This can be part of the 30 hours required by the BAcC.

By placing your contact details on the AFN website, you are responsible for ensuring they are correct and you are happy for them to be visible to the public.
