With over 30 years of clinical experience in acupuncture and Chinese medicine, my focus is on reproductive health and wellbeing. Over the years, I’ve worked with many individuals and couples who are navigating their fertility journey — whether preparing to conceive naturally or working alongside assisted reproductive approaches such as IVF and ICSI. I have a particular focus on supporting male fertility through my integrative treatment programme (Fatherhood Foundations) that combines Chinese herbal medicine, with modern lifestyle guidance and insight.
I am also leading the PEARL Project, an acupuncture research initiative launching in St Olavs Hospital Trondheim Norway in 2026. The study investigates the use of acupuncture in the management of endometriosis, aiming to better understand its potential to reduce pain, improve quality of life, and support reproductive health. By combining clinical observation with scientific evaluation, the PEARL Project seeks to strengthen the evidence base for acupuncture as an effective, integrative approach to women’s health.
My approach brings together the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine and modern fertility awareness to help people better understand their cycles, optimise their overall wellbeing, and create the right conditions for reproductive health.
Fertility is about more than biology — it’s an expression of balance, energy, and whole-body wellness. By exploring factors such as menstrual health, hormonal patterns, lifestyle, nutrition, and the microbiome, we can identify simple, practical ways to support your body’s natural rhythms.
